Welcome to Live AI Coach, a product of PitchKitchen. By using this application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the App.

1. Eligibility and Access

  • Age Requirement: There is no minimum age restriction for using the App.

  • Jurisdiction: Use of the App must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws related to recording or transcription features. Certain laws may prohibit such use in specific countries.

  • Purpose: The App provides real-time private direct messages to the meeting host via Zoom, offering suggestions on questions, perspectives, and insights to help achieve optimal meeting outcomes.

  • Usage Restrictions:

    • Users must not use the App for any illegal, immoral, or manipulative purposes.

    • Suggestions are intended to guide users to act with intelligence and empathy, fostering understanding and collaboration.

    • Users may not use the App to coerce or manipulate meeting participants.
       

3. User Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Zoom Terms: Users are required to adhere to Zoom’s terms and conditions at all times while using the App.

  • Responsible Use: Users must take full responsibility for their actions, words, and behavior during meetings. The App’s suggestions are advisory only, and users remain accountable for the outcomes of their conversations.
     

4. Data and Privacy

  • Real-Time Data Processing: The App processes meeting content in real-time but does not store, retain, or save any data.

  • No Data Collection: The App does not collect analytics, user profiling, or marketing data.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: The App does not share data with third-party services or providers.

5. Liability and Risks

  • Technical Issues: The App is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or technical issues that may arise while using the App.

  • User Responsibility: Live AI Coach provides suggestions to guide meetings, but users are fully responsible for the words they say and the decisions they make. We disclaim any liability for outcomes resulting from the use of the App’s suggestions.
     

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Live AI Coach, including its design, code, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of PitchKitchen.

  • Prohibited Actions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its components.
     

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with New York as the designated arbitration location.
     

8. Modification and Termination

  • No Planned Updates: The App currently does not plan to make updates that require changes to these Terms.

  • Termination: PitchKitchen reserves the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice.
