Get Real-Time Insights, Questions, and Perspectives to Elevate Your Zoom Meetings
Step 1 - Log into your Zoom Workplace
Access your Zoom account to begin integrating Live AI Coach into your meetings.
Step 2 - Click on "Apps" Icon at the top
Navigate to the Apps section to explore available tools and find Live AI Coach.
Step 3 - In the Search Box, find "Live AI Coach" and click "Get".
Search for Live AI Coach in the Zoom Apps Marketplace to start the installation.
Step 4 - Click "Open" button next to Live AI Coach
Launch Live AI Coach to begin using its real-time suggestions during your meetings.
Step 5 - Scroll down and select the mode you would like to use. (You can change it at anytime)
Choose from various coaching modes tailored to meet your specific meeting needs. Feel free to experiment with the different modes.
Step 6 - Once selected, the button will turn green and say "Selected"
Confirm your selected mode to activate Live AI Coach for your upcoming meeting.
Step 7 - Start a meeting that you are hosting and Live AI Coach will ask permission to enter the Zoom room. (Allow it to join)
Begin hosting your meeting and grant Live AI Coach access to deliver insights.
Step 8 - Click the "Chat" button on the bottom to see the direct messages from Live AI Coach.
Open the chat window to view Live AI Coach's real-time private messages.
Step 9 - Every 60 seconds of the meeting where there is conversation, you will get suggestions from Live AI Coach.
Receive actionable suggestions, questions, and perspectives every 60 seconds to enhance your meeting outcomes.
How to Uninstall Live AI Coach
Click the 'X' next to Live AI Coach to remove the app from your instance of Zoom Workplace.
